It was a 41 inch, really rounded nose a tail.

It's now 39 inch square tail.

I made the edges a little sharper on the rail. And the nose/tail and really shapre

And reshaped the concave.

how hard was it to redo the concave

amosb72, The concave was just as hard, it not harder than getting the nose/tail, and both corners of each to match up. Sadly, I couldnt find a belt grinder. This was all done with a handsaw, and a dremel.
