Practicing Wakeskating?

Any one practicing wakeskating on a trampoline with a ski rope tied to a tree? Does it help at all i've been doing it for a day or so.

ya do it, it helps alot i think, got my back bigs consistant with it.

i was doin it today
also if u hav any shallow beaches u could go flatland skimboard
i'm a flatland skimboarder and the first time i ever rode a wakeskate i popped a half foot high shuv (took 3 attempts) but it was b/c i was used to it from skimming
but yea that tree/ tramp thing works really well
also skateboarding helps a lot so do that when u can

i think most people like a skateboard, i perfer a wakeskate. dont like the little skateboard.

I use an old skateboard just because when I use my wakeskate it turns the bottom of my board all black

I got the kick flip consistant, I got the 180 down consistant with passing the rope, I used to skate and I could board slide and all that good stuff.

I think il grasp on pretty quick, I can 180 and stuff on a wakeboard.
