| i never considered making a ride up, that sounds good, its the same purpose as a dry dock thing but much cheaper, and if u use that green carpet idea, im sure it would look pretty nice. i say go with that just take your time and do it right so u dont build it poorly and regret it after it breaks. |

| the way i do it sounds a little bit bigger but has workd great for me . Take 2 logs and cover them up in that green carpet shizzle, then put them together in a A shape useing some sort or board or hwat ever under it to hold it together so when you hit it it doesnt seperate. put the lower half in the water and the top half sittin on land and just drive the PWC right up on it . Iv used it for over 3 years and it works great and is cheap |

I was thinking the same but with some pressure treated wood instead of logs... and when you say A shape... you dont mean a full a do you? i was thinking more like / \

| if the bouy is wrapping up against the hull yes, not to mention my gelcoat bubbled after less than one year in lake lanier, but lanier ias toxxic waste anyway, i would try to come up with something else homie, at least with some positive reinforcment to keep the ski off the bouy, like a mooring whip or something. |
