| Anyone from the burbs of Detroit?? I live in Sterling Heights, but have a cabin up north in Gladwin on Secord Lake. Wondering what good lakes are nearby here?? |

hey myman, good to hear someone else rides out here. i am originally from utica/shelby twp.
i just got a house on Lakeville lk. just north of rochester. we have boats and boards so hit me up sometime.

Sweet!!! Is lakeville lake have a public launch??
Right now we use a 22 ft pontoon with a 150 4 stroke yamaha up north to wakeboard. But i'm looking into possibly buying a true wakeboarding/wakeskate boat to keep down here and take where ever. The pontoon just doesn't have the wake! lol
I haven't tried wakeskating yet but it looks fun as hell. I am heading up to Modern Skate this week to pick up a board and some shoes, unless you or someone you know has a used board they want to sell???
Anytime you need someone to ride with or drive ya, I'm in. Theres nothing better than spending the day under the sun on the water!! |
