Is tearing or injuring something in your knee pretty much bound to happen? I have been lucky enough to not hurt anything yet (knock on wood). I have been hearing about more and more people injuring themselves. My girlfriend just got down having another surgery because she ripped her minisucs for the third time. What do yall think is the probablity of getting a knee injury and whats the best way to avoid it when wakeskating and wakeboarding?

no one famous, Last summer I F-ed my knee up pretty bad. I was suppose to have an MRI and other stuff, but I decided to just stay off it as much as possible and let it heal on its own. other than that If you are scared, go to church Wink

go to the dowtor for sure!!! if you have just a small tare it will heal itself, you could have a samll tare and not even know, but if you put strain on it like that again you did, you would most likely totally tare your MCL and be out for months!

i hope you didnt do anything that bad though! FEEL BETTER!!!!!
