How long is too long?

I would say no more than 45 min. Use the excess film for other movies or whatever Smash

Wow, Thank you for so many of you dropping your $0.02 I would agree with all of you, that some films are good long and some just waste time. I skip to my favorite parts and only watch those. But everyone has different favorite parts. I hope. I have so much footage it's dumb! So far sub clips just for me 1hr 30min, allot are same tricks diff angle and will be cut, but going through all of it is killing me. Thank fully my Cuz Nick is helping finish the film. So it'll be out soon. We've got a great plan of attack and the ideas just keep coming. I plan to work on it all week and get at least 2 sections done between the 2 of us maybe more.

Allot of the footage has been with all my local friends that are first or second yr riders, and as you know the weather out here is not all the time warm and sunny. So I've been worried about having the right stuff and the tricks that push the sport. I've been so lucky to have some great guys and talented as well! Come out and rip up some spots. So I think I can deliver something that will still make people go What was that? or no way.... Those are always good to have.

This Film is not just all wakeskate. plan on seeing yes, some wakeboarding, skiboarding, Yes Skiboarding. My buddy Russelll Young is bringing it back in a big way.... Skatebaording with Kyle Walton, Ben Horan, and B-Rau/ Snowboarding with our Late Friend Todd Sampson who killed IT! Wait till you see him ride.... had such a great look on life and so skilled. We do some awesome long board hills, Tons of crashes, some blood, some chipped teeth and broken toes.... Oh and alway whip lash.

I'm off to bed, it's 4:28 am and my ass is numb. Good night, thank you for you thoughts and ideas..... I like th 45 min idea and the bonus, but it's not going to be that way... I got some other plans to lay it all out to entertain you all........

ZAk, I have to agree you have so much footage and mostly really good footage it would be ashame to not use it all. Gosh between this video and arson I have so many things to look forward to . I love wakeskting!! Smash

honestly....it all depends if it can hold everyones attention...ive seen pics and clips of you guys and honestly it could be a 3 hour event and i would still watch it... i think it would be cool to see the progression over that period of time...and plus if you guys put a kickass soundtrack in it thats always a plus...just dont pull an rland

OTT Productions, idk...the movie was definately different...not too much energy...not really my thing, nothing against the riders or anything, but im pretty sure watching that movie took part of my soul with it

yea i agree with erikmonty, it was a decent film, its just like really slow and chill

i couldnt watch a movie like that many times or for a long period of time it made me want to sleep(IMO)

but if they added more sections to a film like esoteric or narla i could definately watch more, like it could be a longer video that i would watch and enjoy.

just as long as its not something that drags on and puts you to sleep, soundtrack is very important IMO, if you have variety then i think you'll be fine with a long video. Smash

I reckon a 45 min feature would be perfect and then release a bunch of podcasts from your website every two weeks throughout the summer.

sim, LOL, yeah 3:18 Oregon time, going to bed, getting alot done, recruited my cuz who is very good at editing to help. My goal is before June. Stay in touch I wanna make sure I get some copies over to that side of the lake! I sure will have tons of extra footage.... and I mean TONS!!!

thefunky31, I am editing still! Thats what started this whole page. I wanna have it done and in stores by June 1. I just have so much flippin footage that its been overwhelming but I got a good handle on it now and with my cuz work and help it should be done soon!!!! So far its looking sick!!!
