what size sprocket is that? How big is the inner diameter of your spool because it looks kinda small...

mattttt60, im not really sure what your getting at...sorry....the torque converter is on one side and it is attached to an axle which goes accross to the other side....and that is where the sprocket it.

DVSKATE, The small sprocket is a 10 tooth and the big one is a 72 tooth. And your right the inner diameter of the spool is a bit small, so what ive done is gone and picked up some 3/8" rope that i will wrap around the spool to build up the diameter and then attach my winch line to that. And i think it should work, hopefully, and this way if i need a bit of extra line...i have a bit to play with.

how much have you spent? looks good, she is beggin for some wheels and a reciever hitch though imo

that spool guard is way to massive. seems like way to much, how much weight did that add.

Yeah, Ive got wheels for it, just need to drill the holes...and the hitch reciever is only a weld away....The spool guard is also a chain guard and its made of really thin sheet metal, weighs like a pound max. and slides on and off with ease. Just an extra safety precaution. My throttle is very close to the chain and i dont need anyone sticking there fingers in it.
But yeah i agree that is a tad on the large side...however it turned out alright imo, i was expecting worse.
