i slid back to save a 3 shuv today and i guess i overextended m arm on the water or something and it felt like the muscle on my pec and under my arm got stretched too farr. It really really sore and tight now..

anyone had a similar injury, how long did it take to heal?

stev-oh, I have done something like that, only I was strapping. I stretched it dailey, and toughed it out. I think you'll be okay, but if it persists for more than a week, I'd go see somebody.

if you can do everything like before-but with pain-give it 2 weeks rest an you should be a lot better!
if there is some range of motion that you can`t do anylonger-go to a shoulder specialist!

i pulled a muscle in my leg a couple a weeks ago at OWC, but the pain was gone in like 6 minutes.

stev-oh, i'v had a similar injury i pulled some muscles in my arm/did something to my elbo just popin' in-to-out... it took around 2 weeks to heal but with a brace i was able to ride the next day it just hurt like a beach. it should be nothin to worry about keep shreding Smile

i had the same thing happen a while ago. my whole arm went numb for a short period when it happened. squeeze on the front of your underarm, maybe on your good arm and see it if feels the same as when it first happened (tingly and shooting down your arm). i ended up getting the muscle around the tendon massaged so that the tendon could stretch back out. and rest. stay off it for a little while.

i went to the gym ONCE (this is not a frequent occurance), and my biceps were so sore i couldn't straighten my arms for a week... "t-rex"


i got on another "fitness" kick yesterday, and did like 30 push-ups... now my chest is sore.. Smash

ive down that, just dont ride for a few days untill its not sore ne more, but if its still sore after a week or so probly should get checked out.
