Yeah back big, board goes 360 backside and u go 180 backside (not attached to its a backside 180 late shuv - i had an in depth convo about that with mcthrust Razz)

he just passed the handle early, as he came up the kicker. toeside backside tricks are much easier if you do it like that, but in my opinion it takes away from the style and difficulty (in a bad way) of such tricks. i saw a couple people do toe back 9's on wakeboards the same way at CWC, early handle pass, and i think it completely kills how crazy a backside 9 is, pretty much turns it into a frontside 7 IMO.

the toe back big is sick for sure, i'd just rather see him pass the handle after he has left the kicker.

I agree 100% with what you just said, it's almost like those cable "waveboarders" who spin early on kickers. I still have respect for this man though, raising the limits out at CWC. Smash
