Ii've got to say out here in austin (from what i've had) Fuddruckers and Bone Daddy's just beat the living fvck out of everywhere else when it comes to burgers. Waterloo icehouse follows closely.

I've been to Culvers once. My sister told me it was amazing...

I think it was by far the shˇttiest burger i've ever had.

you cant beat in and out for the price though, 2.99 for a double double. sure there are better burgers, but they cost twice as much. Razz personally, I'd go for a in and out double double over some gormet burger any day of the week.

As for chicken sandwiches, Mannies california fresh in stockton california is the best chicken sand ive ever had, easily. Every time i go to stockton I end up going to mannies for a chicken sand.

Chris Barcellos, If you're ever in Berkeley go look for Barney's Burger. There's actually one a few blocks from Zachary's on College Ave. That place is absolutely friggin delicious.

Chris Barcellos, yeah...for sure! If I had to explain Barney's it'd be the Zachary's of burgers. Their pesto chicken sandwich is freakin amazing.

I know that this is perhaps like cursing in the church but have you had veggie burgers? I made a few the other day and those were by far the best burgers I've ever had, even better than the ones at Fathers Office in Santa Monica. Yeah, I know... the veggie stuff is putting alot of people of and has put me off as well but now I'm getting into the vibe. The burger was filled with all kinds of herbs and stuff. A taste explosion worthy of mention!

Tobias_Neumann, Dude i make garden burgers all the time. they are much better than you would expect... the key is to put fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and ketchup on them with toasted buns. money.
