well actually just today mine ripped and the entire bottom of the shoe came off.
and i had them for about 6 months so you could say they are average in durability because i was riding nearly every other day.

the soles are falling off mine and I've heard they did that on alot of pairs. I wouldn't really recommend them.

soles falling off... shoes ripping... yall need to check out the Doyle shoes from UGP! Those things are RIDICULOUS!! Every bit of the shoe is double-stiched so you will Never have to worry about your shoe falling apart in the water again! Why does REEF glue their WATER shoes together? At least try the UGP Doyle wakeskate shoes- I guarantee you will love the way they feel AND perform!

i know im probably going to get crucified for this but....shoes really are not a big influence on your riding. As long as they dont fall apart, a shoe is a shoe.

WAKEMan1, No way bro... No......Way. So you are telling me that my adidas that I use to skate in that hold more water than the atlantic and weigh my feet down are just the same as my Kenyans that drain water like a pregnant woman about to give birth????
When I put those same adidas back on I felt a hug difference.

shoes are shoes. we all know TNT could kill it in some Timberland's if that's all he had. I rode in some chucks for a while and they are sick.......a better shoe will make a difference, but lets face it........... the real soul out there is not the one in your shoe.

yeh shoes make a small difference but rider who needs skills.
went with dvs triumphs, seeing as im mostly in salt water i should probably soak them clean ey
