electricsnow, just saw SleuCrew's post on the Omen topic, I'll change my original post, but I still think the point is valid. Hope everything works out for him.
pastura, not saying screw big companies just saying it's hard for me to treat my team like a big company would when I am not. _________________ Art/Web/Design Director - http://blastwakeskatemag.com/

????????????????????????????????
That means the wakeskate industry is GROWING, which I don't know if you knew, but it's a good thing. Having large legit surf and skate companies interested in wakeskating is what's allowing pro riders make a living off of wakeskating.
Nothing against you Terrence, (I bought a few shirts from you back in the day and even asked if I could ride for Fluid ) but you can't blame the presence of O'Neill and other bigtime clothing companies for Fluid not doing so well. _________________ √ |

che blanc, yeah, probably a bad decision on my part not putting you on the team, ha ha, but I am sure it helped not having to worry about leaving to join another team, as Ryan had to do, but if there is some way you still want to help I could really use it. I do see your point, and I probably should have said independently owned industry, because that better explains what I meant. I am not blaming them (if anyone is to blame it's myself), and in fact I am not complaining, I love the attention wakeskating is receiving, and I am really surprised how companies are still letting the grass roots origins of it flourish. Seeing the winch setup at X-Games was awesome, I was more defending my position when the integrity of my company was questioned. I just wanted those who thought I wasn't doing enough to support my team to understand that I simply don't have the capital, and increased competition doesn't help. It's hard for me to compete with companies that have a network of dealers (I am sure you have heard Erich talk about this) and capital to support a rider in the way rider's expect in today's world.
French, ha ha, as FRYE'S GF, I am not surprised.

umm thats what a business is, if you want a cake walk where people randomly give you money for no reason then your in the wrong industry. I am not trying to be an ass here but this is really irritating me how you are complaining about capital when you run a spreadshirt (www.spreadshirt.com) store.
pity is not a form of marketing, sorry.
