I had the exact same problem. Try moving your back foot up a bit, that worked for me. _________________ I like to choke when my team needs me the most, no Romo. |

| kick your backfoot straight back, possibly duck your back foot out a little bit. |

| i landed my first one last week and was stoked....my advice to stop yourself falling backwards when you land is to stay over your board more and not lean backwards so much when you throw it, though this means that you must also throw the board out in front of you more than usual so you can counter the fact that your not leaning backwards as much....it works every time for me now |

bobby211, i do mine re entry now cus it seems way more under control, but i land like 1/10, it just either slipping out backwards or they rotate a little behind me every timee. _________________

WAKEMan1, is this re-entry? remember to pull the rope in a bit. if you land with to much weight backwards youre feet are most certainly to close together. practice landing shuvits with a wide and controlled stance. then throw a 3 and really spread your feet when you catch the board. _________________ Jag heter Fredrik |

everyone whos falling back!!!
try visualizing you landing straight over the board right straight on it. i know it sounds stoopid but just watch it come around and make yourself stand straigt up on it with your knees bent!! trust me visualizing HELPS!!! i was leaning back a little today and then i just did this and then i stuck4 in a row so go out n hit those 3shuvs!!!!!! |

| my body still rotates. haha. i have no problem getting the board around.. but when i focus on keeping my body straight the board doesn't rotate enough and it just turns into a huge floaty shuv. |
