|
|
Thinking of installing a ten foot pole on my bass boat. Anyone tried this before?? I was wondering if my boat would handle it? 16ft procraft w/90hp 2stroker. Any advise would help. The reason I ask is my hull is kinda shallow and I'm not sure if this size boat will handle it so If anyone has tried it before please post. Thanks in advance. Pic of boat below.

| If they can stick a tower on a seadoo...you can stick a pole on your bassboat.

I guess it's only money anymore? Gonna be saving this year for a moomba.
Ten foot pole $500
01 bass boat with 30 gallon live well $7800
getting more air on swing tricks- priceless
Maybe I'll put a fatty in the back of the boat also.

ten foot is way too big.
go 2 1/2 feet. trust me i know bass boats.
just order a regular ski pylon that fits into the hole in the back seats and your good to go.. no need for ghetto tacky looking overkill.
trust me on this one.

I've thought about using the swizel eze that is adjustable from 34-58inches. It'll take about 38 inches to clear the motor without rubbing anyway.
Thanks again

I'm going to just go with the pylon thanks everyone for your help. Ten foot does seem much.
