electricsnow forgot to ask you yesterday, what do they say is the reasoning behind the composite bottom? why the option? flex? weight? durability? what woman what?

It was always promoted as something for extra durability. I had asked matt what he was going to ride and he wasn't even sure. But yeah, my logic was just that some people prefer the wood deck densitiy and how it sits in the water, vs. the composite bottom. I've never ridden a bi-level with a composite bottom so the flex concept didn't even occur to me. But I will get to the bottom of this... Twisted Evil

buy a urth board lighter cheaper better. plus u dont want to buy a board from a company run by fake people.

not fake i mean not consistant. ive rode boards for a while and urth aint crap the duece pops break way easier and the are heavier. its all preference tho. Ya they can produce more boards faster but they dont hold up.

I have been riding all the new boards from the sst and duece pop so I know what im putting on the market. So any support is cool. Prefernce is persoal and at urth we cater to you. We have our shaper so are boards are evolving every day. Not only the boards are the best we will have new graphics every month. thanks luisiana i dont think. Our website should be up ver soon .

i know my input here isnt completely justified by only buying one board but i was very disappointed with the endurance of my gator mcguckin. i've ridden it about 12 times and sealed it loads and plugged the fin holes but its screwed! my cassette bi level lasted 10 times longer... sh*ts weak... i know that i'll never buy gator again...

With ya on that one.

Gator's shiet is not weak by any means, especially the 08 lineup. I have beat their boards to heck, know many people that have, as well as other companies. And once again their sheit is not weak. Only reason I am not riding one presently is simply the fact that we are out of them at the shop. And that I am riding a Legacy, so I can see exactly what this thing is made off.

I couldn't have said it better myself.

I'm also doing a slight change to my board. After riding it for two weeks in Japan i'm changing some things to make it ride a bit better.
