i have the biggest gash in my left shin...it hurt soo bad today...it was the worst pain i have felt wakeskating..but thats why i love it

My shins usaully dont get busted because my grip isn't that grippy anymore. i used to get destroye after every fall, but not anymore

1. read as many marvel comics as you can.
2. eat a power bar with every meal and chew gatorade quench gum
3. have a friend shoot frozen grapes at you with a slingshot
4. stair-sets, lots of em. 20 push-ups in between.
5. get a mohawk and/or mullet.
6. walk on coal or stand in a fireant hill (choose one only)
7. run a mile in the robocop suit
8. battle eight badgers in the octogon
9. successfuly complete the obstactle course from indiana jones
10. Challenge the Sundance kid to a dual.
