Just wondering if picking up a 2 seater from the mid 90's is possible for less than 1000

look for a mid 90s sea doo gtx. its a 3 seater so its a little bigger and more stable. i own one and i like it better than a lot of newer skis that i ride behind.

You should try and find an old 700 yamaha. They pull great and are awesome for wakeskating. I would also recomend an old jon boat with around a 40hp engine.

water, ya thats where its at. If you keep lookin around ebay you can find some great deals. I got my vx110 deluxe 2006 for 6500 with the trailer and it only had 6 hours on it. Ive been riding it hard this whole year and couldnt be happier.

you can get one for cheap if you buy a hull with a blown up engine from florida. and an engine with a broken hull from up north. the salt in florida kills the motor, and the shallow fresh water lakes kill the hull. little more effort but way cheaper than new.

I'm from Canada and the jetski's are crazy expensive up here, so I drove to the States to buy mine, and I got a 1994 SL750 Polairs in wicked shape, it's only a 2 seater but it's nice to ride behind, pulls up the biggger guys, it's a 2 stroke triple with 85 hp, and i got it for $1000 including the trailor. So you can find some jsut look for the good deals.
Good Luck!
