anyone have any suggestions for wakeskate bags, just looking to keep the skate, vest, rope, and shoes all together instead of forgetting these things. I found The LF wakeskate sock for $30 but dont know if it will fit everything.

yeah, you can deff. fit everything in the LF bag. just put your board in, and then behind the board put your vest and rope so they don't get messed up by the grip when traveling. i usually put my shoes on top of my board, but it's all personal preference.

...
do you ride out of orwood?

lately ive been riddin out of stockton because we found a good spot thats always butter and we never see anyone. But we usually winch out of orwoods, if you go past orwoods and turn left at the first bridge and go over it theres a beach with 2 rails built. We tend to winch right there but my buddys winch is down.

Wow...you're definitely the most motivated delta local I've ever seen...you could ride out of orwood and get butter all day but battle w/ a few boats, but instead drive 30 mins (??) to a different spot on the delta where you'll have the same butter all day but wont have to fight w/ other boats. Laughing

Those rails look pretty fun...

its not my choice to ride out of stockton, my buddy is the one with the nautique team edition who prefers stockton, ill just go where the boat or winch goes.
You mostly ride out of orwoods?

ha...yeah I'm with ya on that one- gotta go where the boat is! I ride out of Orwood...or Dells...or Disco, depending on where the boat (or ski) is launching at. Or one of the lakes farther east. Or a winch spot. You know...the typical crap! Laughing

But back to the LF bag...I think you guys are talking about two completely different bags. One is a wakeskate sock, which big enough for your skate and that's about it. The other is a nice padded skate bag called the Skate Traveler. The Skate Traveler is a bit oversized so it'll hold 2 board plus your shoes and a vest and some other junk if you know how to fold and compress things. Or maybe it'll only hold one board plus all your junk. I dunno...I'm still rockin my grey Cassette bag, decaying zipper and all. Laughing

I'm not sure about the availability of the thinner wakeskate sock...note the page that I linked to is from 2005. If you're finding this bag somewhere and it looks like this then maybe haggle the price down a bit! Laughing If I remember correctly, that skate sock ran around $30 back when it was a current model, and the Skate Traveler bag that Ollieshuvitz is talking about is around $50.

Hope this helps!

mike & ike's....hahahahahaahaahahah!!! That comment definitely made my day!

I'd actually call mitch's board fluorescent pink. That color definitely pops Shocked Cool

I'd be down to go check out that spot again. I remember being there a little while ago when that first up/flat bar (??) was in there and Rod was shootin it. I see that a new rail or two has gone up since then. Definitely a cool spot for sure.

Nor-cal is def where its at for skatin, got the delta, lakes galore, urban spots everywhere, and everyone knows someone who rides.

We need to rebuild one of the rails (the slanted straight rail), the dragon tail rail is still holdin up good last night i checked. I know a couple ppl who were thinking of building more.

shizzle we need a nor-cal wakeskate film to show the rest of the world who nor-cal has to offer.
