So im sitting in my room playing Tiger Woods PGA tour, and i look over at my old wakeboard, and think, if i put some grip tape on thier it could be a wakeskate. So ive decided that will be my next project.

i think im gona cut down the nose and tail, then round it off, and see how that works.

let me know if you have ever tried this or not.
thankyou

It's about as effective as trying to make a skateboard out of an old surfboard.

Ok the inside of the board might have support rodes. These metals parts could cause damge to your cutting device or you. Plus there might be foam and other stuff. Like Lots of fiberglas. You will have to resgin alot Keep the board from delaminating and falling apart. Plus if you dont cut it out right, you could damage the shell and cause it to crack and ripp and there goes you so called skate.

I could be completly wrong but whatever. Thats my 2 cents.

or do what i did a while back on this site.

cut out from wood the bottum of a bi level deck except make it about 2 inches bigger then a skate board deck, then screw a skateboard deck onto it ( much like bi-levels are attached) then have a rippin good time.

from reading threads i hear that a bro with the user name APPLE followed by numbers used to used kids wakeboards griped with grip tape as skates, hes the big dude, like 6'7" he had a thread about makin his own board, and how he was tired of using cut wakeboards, so its probaboly not gonna be tat great if yo use a wakeboard, but if you know this, and still wanna do it for shits and giggles then i says hells yesss.. its hammer time Smash
