absoulty i ride a wakeskate with fins. its like trucks on a skateboard, do you skateboard with out trucks? or do you just the board on carpet? fins make it alot harder and alot more legit.

Last night, I got a call from buywake.com. It seems that my thread here was seen by them.

Eric made every attempt to understand my fin trouble and my frustrations. He assured me he would get me the correct fins and apologized for my bad experience.

I can't wait to get my fins, but more than that, I appreciate Eric's call. I think it was really cool of him to find out more about this girl posting on a forum and give me a call to make things right. Going out of his way to help me means I'll give buywake another shot.

Its called damage control. Realize that an issue is not going away and might affect future business with other.........and then calling and taking care of everything still doesn't sound like good service to me.
