so it's been forever and a year since I've last posted... waaaay too much drama lately.. ANYWAYS thought I would make my first post back be about something pretty neutral. ANYONE HAVE ANY GOOD BEER LATELY???? JonnyUtah- you have good taste in beer and seem to know a bunch- whats the word? My recent favorites have been the stone vertical epic 07-07-07 (which if you happen to see, grab a few. one to drink, one to sit on, and one to sell down the road. I just had some from 2 years ago and this stuff only gets better with aging. plus people go crazy over aged vertical epic so you could always make a few bucks for more beer or trade it for something else) the Unibroue 16th Anniversary is pretty good too. Some other recent favorites are black flag imperial stout, trader joes anniversary special, racer 5, half slo blueberry half youngs double chocolate stout, and of course I cant forget the Chimay. I just picked up a bottle of "Port 15" 15 different kinds of hopps (double ipa), i'll let you all know how it was later this week, it has got rave reviews.

Forget all the drama of recent, lets talk beer again! haha

p.s.- We're brewing our first batch(s) next week, should be interesting! Anyone that has brewed- what kinds have you had good success with? I think we're going for a 9+ Ale and possibly an Imperial Stout...

Blue Moon - on tap at T-flats
New Castle - dirty brown ale
Pabst Blue Ribbon - $4 pitchers @ Lazy Moon(where they premiered Vol5)
Yuengling - Mericas oldest brewery
I usually dont drink hard liquor but... Kettle One, straight from the bottle.
