New skullcandy headphones

Well I see them in skate shops all the time, and my friend has a pair of the ear bud things they have, that go in ear and make a good seal, ive got pratically the same things but ive got sony ones. Well I wanted a nice over the ear design headphones for this big trip we are taking to navajo lake to go wakeskating, and the chevy tahoe we just got to take the boat has a tv in it, so thats real tight. I just wanted a nice pair of headphones, I take the sony ear buds I have to school alot, since they are small and inexpensive. I ordered some of the Skullcandy G.I in Rasta Very Happy

from actionvillage.com for only 50$, when the suggested retail is 70$. Luckily I saw them in time because they only had 3 left. They should be here next week. Anyone else have any products from skullcandy? They are also built and geared towards snowboarding, so I can take them shredding seeing as how I live in colorado, we'll see.

I think they could have done more with the rasta, but the other colors they had, were real stupid camo looking things. www.skullcandy.com check out the other colors in the G.I, kinda stupid.

well i know from experience that the skullcandy earbuds are amazing, the in ear style and the form fitting rubber thingy (im so articulate) gives you superior bass and sound isolation, they are comfortable, last long, and you can have them on and loud and not disturb the people around you (and if you have long hair like i used to you can have them on during class and everyone, including the teacher will be oblivious. my only warning is that you are using an ipod they will tend to wear out within a month or two, not because of the headphones, its just that ipods tend to eat headphones

i got a second pair, but they lasted a week because the wire caught a rail and ripped in the center(hurt my ears a good bit too)

Im using a creative zen vision M 30 gig, had the same pair of headphones in them and no damage. I think ipods eat headphones because everyone wraps the cord around their ipod. I take the cord out, put my zen in one pocket, and my sony headphones in the other. I hear skullcandy has a great warrenty 50% off if you accidently damage a pair, that means if you break a pair on your own, i.e dropping them, they will give you another pair at 50% the cost of retail

i have some of the earbuds i love them. I think i might pick up a pair to go over the ears as well.

i have the skull crushers and the ear buds. i also have a set of sonys. the sonys are more comfortable but the skull candy ear buds have better bass. i love the skullcrushers the first time i tried em my ears tickled. ha

TAD, I also find it really cool that ypu can replace just about any part on them. They sell everything separately.

well I hope they get here by thursday. I used fed ex home delivery since it was faster and I need them by friday, www.actionvillage.com, their map says for fed ex it will take 3 days, so I called them up and the lady said it would be tuesday, wednesday, thursday, and they would be there on the 3rd day. Because fed ex is gay and I probably wont ever use them again, they dont ship on monday..... Im leaving early friday morning to go to the lake which is a 6 hour drive and I REALLY WANT THESE TO LISTEN TO. Please everyone hope and pray for me that they will get here by thursday.

Slapdown, Ok well if fed ex doesn't ship on monday, their site says their air shippments do ship from monday-friday. Im going to change the shipping to 2nd day air, on the site for second day air it said it would arrive on thursday. I just hope I can change it, im pretty sure I can. What sucks is actionvillage isn't open on suday, so I have to call tomorrow asap before it ships out.

I just confirmed that the shipping I have now isn't going to get here till friday, so I will be super mad all week if I dont get to change the shipping tomorrow.
