I dont know about the board ive never tried a plan b but i prefer zero.Bearings id go with the red bones those things are sweeet.Wheels i like are spitfire or rictas.I like thunder trucks they are lighter than the krux ive seen tensors are pretty sweet also. For the grip nothing beats jessup IMO.

I have been running primarily bones reds bearings for the last 10 years, and they are great, but last December I picked up a set of Halos, and I have been super impressed with them, and after 6 months they are still doing awesome.

Decks- as long as it's not a crappy Chinese wood deck, you are good. Just get a size/shape that feels good under your feet and a graphic you like (if that matters to you).

Bones wheels are cash, they don't flatspot (the only time I put a spot in one was hitting a pebble going light-speed on super smooth cement- instead of stopping and getting pitched off the board, I skidded down to a halt over 15 or so feet...) every other wheel brand I have tried/given second chances a few years later have been garbage in my opinion.

Trucks... I have been rocking Indys since 2001, and I have been jazzed on them. Solid trucks that turn nice and grind tasty, and their freaking kingpins have never snapped on me. Most brands are pretty solid these days though, but Tensors are trash.

Deck - anything so long it's not chinese made deck
Trucks - Titan been using it for 7years and it's still err...in working condition.
Wheel - anytype
bearings - FKD would be nice, am using my FKD for 6years though it's kinda a bit cranky by now.

Bones Reds are actually the same materials and stuff as Bones Swiss, only they are made in China. Bones Swiss have a tighter manufacturing process and tend to be smoother and faster. This is due mostly to the fact that the Swiss kick ass.

board.. ir your serious into skateboarding i'd go with a blank.. saves a but load of money.. besides it's going to break.. and if not the graphics are going to get destroyed

bearings... really don't matter atall.. i have abec 3 bearings.. they ride better then most abec 7's company really doesn't matter.. once they're worn in they'll be straight..

trucks..Tensors.. they don't bend.. only thing that will go is kingpin.. but they'll last a long time to..

wheels really don't matter raphics on them get worn to and the wheel's will get worn down..

if your big and good you really won't go expensive cause it'll just get messed up or broken..
