why dont you start in AF, with the rider in focus, flick to MF and dont touch it. shoot away and your photos will be in focus? dont have to worry about AF?

dylo, i try that but sometimes i bump the end of the lens and it goes out of focus. I have to move the camera everytime we stop because water shoots up behind the sea doo whenever it stops
