ok i am really close to these, do you throw it like a bs flip, like move your whole body with it, or a shove where you dont throw it with your whole body.

does this make since, if it does not i will try to say it again.

yea it does, but like when tnt does it his body turnes like 90 deggrees, you more just throw the shove and that is what i do.
