I just picked up tennis.. I was suprisingly sore the next day. I want to get into raquet ball now. Other than that, I love riding my mountain bike.. and thats about it.

lake tarpon, racquetball is fun. Its such intense cardio. Try doubles sometime its crazy.

go to a gym, go to the resistance training section where that pully system thing is and practise blind 180's. this really helps. get into it by saying out loud "and take it to blind. and take it to blind. and take it to blind." if u struggle to get into it, find a way to swap the metal grip with ur wakeskating handle. and remember, start light and gradually increase the weight. for optimium results, eat 2 raw gator eggs after work out. and remember, you don't stop until you drop!

i referee basketball. i play basketball, play AFL, cricket and have a hit of golf every weekend. try to get down to the golf range as often as possible. used to be a member at the local franchise gym but didnt go enough..

well im a swimmer and so we have to do 8000 meter practices anyway morning- mon wed fri sat and afternoon during the week someimes less if we are lucky but if its bad it can get up to 12000, and running sucks but i think it does alot too
