new wakeskates

i bought a wakeskate from the company new wakeskates on sat. may 12 and they still havnt sent an email saying when they would ship it like they said they would. is this a scam or wat? or is it just since they make everything custom (i think, even though it wasnt a custom made board) it takes a while for it to get here?

don't fret, just try and contact them. I make skates and it is a very involved process and if they are busy i can easily see it taking awhile. props to New for having that rad idea.

i duno ive seen one of their boards in a shop in flordia, they seem legit to me

Those boards look amazing, you can make the perfect skate, that site doesn't look half as sketch as half of the companies you guys all buy from, honestly I really can't believe your bashing New. You can even send them your own graphic, man thats gotta be a scam.... Rolling Eyes

ps check out that john ruark is on their team....his kampus video from four years ago is still the sickest thing ever posted on this site...

mikeskatesonwater, agreed. They buy full page ads in Alliance Wakeskate. If they weren't legit, don't you think the Alliance people would know? I think they have a great idea, and they are probably just understaffed and lagging on email replies or your spam filter blocked it out. Thier phone numbers are listed on the site... did you try giving them a call?

i just called robin on 6/7/07 and he says the order didn,t go through. his internet was down for a few days that month. if you still want the board just try again or e-mail him. sorry about the website robin also does that and has been focusing more of his time to making boards.
