Sorry, we cannot answer your question.
Cause the answer would be too complicated.

1 is wood, while the other is composite. I prefer wood, while others prefer composite. Which do you prefer?

Does anyone else think this board looks like it "emphasizes" w2w riding? I duno..It reminds me of the catalyst with it's deep channels and relatively large size.

Also what's up with the continuous rocker? Well not really, (it's 3 stage but the middle stage is only 5 inches, according to the hyperlite video, which basically calls it a continuous). Seems like that would give it less pop....but what do I know Rolling Eyes

Either way, it looks like a sick board.

bahne, your logic pretty much ate its self .... that would be like saying that Rusty since he rides the Hyperlite 3DS (blended continuous/3stage rocker) doesn't give him any pop Rolling Eyes .... Or that Shawn Murray's board doesn't any any pop at all because its continous....

its how you ride the board that makes you pop....

Oh okay.

Sorry...I'm new ; ).

When I first saw this board I wasn't really interested in it...but now i'm not sure. It looks really good. I was about to buy an integrity but now they're out of stock and these are in stock...hmmm...and it's cheaper...

Not to hijack..but does anybody have an opinion on an integ team vs. vinyl? I know nobody's ridden it, but based on what you've seen which would you choose?

by comparing the rocker on the vinyl to wakeboards with the same rocker patterns you are basically proving his original point that the vinyl looks more like a w2w board.

I disagree. Wakeboards do have different rocker patterns and they're suited for different riding styles, which is all personal preference (ex more of a wake to wake style vs. rocketing into the flats, etc, etc). Just because a wakeskate has a continuous rocker pattern does not mean it's meant or best suited for wake to wake riding (regardless of parky's comparison and how you want to take it). A crap load of wakeboards have three stage patterns--the pattern that originated on a byerly WAKEBOARD. so does that make every three stage rockered wakeskate (which is most wakeskates) like a byerly wakeboard (and so you should ride it as such)?

Like parky said, it's about how you ride it...I'd say it's a point that could be illustrated perfectly with that five stage pattern. People say you have to lean a certain way, like you can't lean forward when you land, and a crap load of people also say it's a preference thing and that not everyone is going to like it because it seems to have some drag. but from what i've seen, people can rock an omen wherever they want, whether it be re-entry or rocketing wake to wake like that pete ward character.
