Hey i thought i would hear what would be someones perfect wakeskating situation. Like water conditions. What your getting pulled behind. The skate your riding. Weather outside? Rails or No Rails? Being with a a certain pro or with the fam jam. Possibly wiht your bud. What music you were listing too. Stuff like that be creative Heres mine..

Ok im riding my 39 byerly behind a malbiu vlx with perfect water conditions. I hanging with danny hampson and aaroon reed and nick taylor:P and the weather is beautiful. There is a beautiful flat bar and we are sessioning everyhting. We are all listing to some sweet home alabama to give the boat a hick feel. And i land a 3 fliP:P

im out bright and early on the glassiest day ever.the sun is out just as we hit the water. my bro stephen is behind the wheel of a new lime green x-series decked out with speakers. The boat is topped off with gas and is loaded with mucho fat sacks. the wake is perfect. I whip out a pair of red byerlys and a brand new 07 gb doyle and a gooru vest. Nick taylor, aaron reed. reed hansen, and grubb are in the boat and letchworth is snapping the sickest pics ever(like always). We are jammin to shizzle that pumps you up and there is a 30 ft funbox, huge a-frame, and sick kicker just waiting to be hit. End the day with a bbq.
By the way if this ever happened in my entire life i would shizzle a brick.

OK; bored at work, so I'll play......

Riding the Heartbreaker behind our Air Nauty on Lake Austin on a weekday. Partly cloudy with no wind, about 90 degrees. The wife is driving, and she & the rest of our gang are waiting for their turn, including two who flew in from NC. No pro's on board, but SkateForce is shredding nearby. The stereo is pumping "Por Amor" from Son Doobie.

Pure bliss.

Out on the ocean right? with like 5 ft rollers, salt water all in my eyes, thunder and lighting, with sharks all around, im struggleing to get up, im being pulled behind a loud ass tin boat that can hardly pull me, oh and i just pulled my hamstring, and i cant stand up right= perfect day

no but actually, just me riding on a perfect day, right after a rain storm behind my tige with some of my fam in the boat, listening to TV on the Radio, and just ripping up this glassy water, oh and landing the cleanist back bigs ever...and getting it on film of coarse

me, wakeskate, water. Wink

But hmm... i'd be behind my buddies '86 Stars&Stripes with Oury and my friend Logan. Oury and i would be riding doubles and either the sun would be setting, or it would be 4th of Jul. and fireworks would be overhead. I'd be on my Omen and had landed the following line: Re entry 3 shuv, shuv to fs lip 270 shuv out, flats bs big, ts in out 3 shuv, hs i/o bs big.

And we got it all on film with Oury's camera housing Twisted Evil
Afterwards he'd hand me the camera and pwn a w2w varial flip, we'd share a 45 second (at least) "OOOOOH!" with big smiles.

The perfect riding situation would be riding behind a x-star loaded with friends on my byerly39 with rise against pumping out the speakers, Hittin up some rails and land gaps on three brother lake. But really any great riding situation is just being able to go out and ride.

my river

the swampy one

glassy

sun sets in a half hour

my board

my boat

my friends

my dog

i cut out and see my reflection

15 minutes later the fwc rolls by

they offer to pull me vestless behind the police boat

full lights and sirens

after my set one officer gives me a beer for a job well done

after i watch my friends ride and i am finished we chill on my patio

the boat washes itself

the grill is magically grilling ribs

epic ribs

my dog serves us

one of the officers lights up a fatty

then everyone skateboards out front

my perfect situation is also written in "the thread" format

i have a few times where i was like man this is perfect. basically just riding anywhere behind anything as long as its flat glass. and feeling no rush at all. and having people at about my same skill level with me so we can go back and forth all day pushing each other and teaching each other. basically any weekend with scotty, alex, brian, frye, nick, or dave. if all of us got together for a weekend with good weather it would be the highlight of my life.
