Hah! I remember seeing that company in 2001. 4 pounds is way too light for a wakeskate.

Sick bass sparkles though.

hahah core wa san undergroud wake company back in 2000 and 2001 they had a similiar shape as the liquid force trip in wakeboarding...they also went with the 6 fin setup....they offered custom wakeskates back then but they are flat and made like a wakeboard.....

my buddy jim owns a core wakeskate from back in the day....the one thing that was nice about them was that they used this crazy sand grit instead of grip tape. It was super chunky for that extra grip and it never really wore out. The board was definitely super light but that was when light was the "cool " thing. Anyways, here is a pic.

haha i have a core wakeskate at my house, back when me n chase 1st started thats all we had was flat decks, i think i broke like 3 in one week once we started to figure out how to go wake to wake n stuff

Yeah that dog was the coolest ever....it had such a mellow mentality. I used to rent a room from my buddy at that place. The dog's name was Jackson (named after Jackson Hole, WY). R.I.P. Jackson.

That bike was super fun too!!!!!!!!
