Man i really feel bad for Danny. First he had his accident back in the day which almost killed him and now he broke his leg. Right when he was getting into the swing of things. With those amazing frostside w2w bigspins and all the comps.

DANNY FEEL BETTER we are all wishing you he best:)

just out of curiosity, where did you hear the injury was from a wake to wake move? The dvswake site said it was an inside out trick, and I don't see any specific mentioning on the alliance site about it being wake to wake.

electricsnow, on www.alliancewake.com. It says that it was a botched frontside bigspin attempt. It never said anything about w2w. So i guess it was an i/o front big gone wrong.

Danny broke his leg while doing a inside out big. At first it was thought to be a broken ankle. The accident is actually on film, the film guy and I saw him go down and the next thing you know hes holding his leg, we loaded him on one of the sea-doo's and aaron reed took him to the hospital. heres to a speedy recovery Danny, get well soon.

Its worthy of that show. They didnt film anything after the accident, we were all more concerned of getting him out of the water

it was just a freak little deal. the board kinda flipped up a little and he landed on it wrong and it just tweaked his ankle bad enough to break the smaller bone on the leg right near the ankle.

Man, my boyfriend (uidzero on the forum) broke his tib and fib at the ankle go-ped-jumping from the street across grass onto the sidewalk in front of our house several years ago. He just came down wrong and rolled it bad enough to break it. 9 screws and some plates later, his new ankle probably won't ever break again, hopefully.

Danny: I hope you have a speedy recovery and are in as little pain as possible right now. A lot of people are sending good thoughts your way Smile

Here's a recent picture I took of him at toe jam that's appropriate, always seems very positive each time I've seen him skate:
