i could only watch the first bit of that, what the hell that was terrible. usually i like the faint but that made tears come out of my see holes.

It was a joke. It was edited to have The Faint appear to be playing a ridiculous hardcore song. Watch it the whole way through, listen to the lyrics... laugh at it, its ridiculous.

At least you guys actually think they're playing it- I edited it only so they appear to be playing it. Its like Godzilla in his most recent movie- he didn't actually destroy New York City, he's actually a very good actor, peaceful and he donates to many charities. The Faint and Godzilla have many similarities.

That's exactly what gave me the idea. I decided "The time is now" to make the video using The Faint.

thank god, I guess I should have read your post originally... but I have not been paying attention to any music for so long that the faint turning hardcore just may have been possible.

Everybody should tell their friends about it and put it on their MySpace pages, get it a lot of hits. I want it to be the first thing that shows up on YouTube when you search for The Faint or Throwdown.
