Almost stepped on this.

This is the biggest rattle snake I've ever seen in the wild. I guess around 6 foot and about 5 inches around. I was on my way to a little honey hole off the St. Johns river to fish. I was about 5 ft away from him brfore I noticed him. He didn't buzz at all, just chillin and warming up.

DAMN.. i was out 4-wheelin the other day when we almost ran over a little guy he was about 18 inches with his mouth open just waitin for us to get close..

DirtyCracker, I wish it was secret, everybody and their mothers were out that day. Too windy to go anywhere else. Thats the most people I've ever seen in one spot on that river. It was the suc, sorta. Much better days will ensue.
