So, my buddy and I decided to go bi this year, bi-level that is. I bought the Devotid Union (hasn't arrived yet) and my bro got the Verge Synergy. Well, his showed up, and well, it looks like a turd. The craftsmanship is so god-awful that I thought it was made by a middle-school kid in woodshop. I will upload pics of it asap just so nobody else makes this poor decision and blows three hundy on this board. The edges were finished like a walmart skateboard, you know real squared off, and the sanding job... just wait til' I post the pics. NO MAJOR OFFENCE, BUT SCREW VERGE!

Mr. Top Hat, no he probably hasnt because yes the finish is pretty crappy but it will definately ride better than his devotid.

wakeshredder, ride yours and ride his and you'll see. bi-levels are supposed to have kicktails and concave. not 2 flat decks screwed together with a little space between them.

Ya serioulsy bro dont hate if you havnt even rode the board yet. I know some people who have thrown stuff u couldnt even dream of throwing on that board. Neutral

OK, here is the deal. My buddy whom bought the Synergy works with me. Since bringing the board in and letting me inspect it, he has neglected to bring it back for photos. He has sworn to me that he will bring in the board tomorrow, 031307 by 7:30am. I'll have the photos up by 8:30 am, illustrating the dissatisfaction we agree anyone would have, after paying $300.00 for the board. Neither of us feel that the price is the problem, it's the craftsmanship and finishing. Wail until you see...
