Which one is better?

Kampus:

Cassette:

Pretty much what I am looking for is the skate with the best pop. Which one of these would give me the best?

I would say that these two decks are going to feel very similar. I don't think one is particularly better than the other.

Both flat decks, as Dave said, I don't reall think there is going to be much differance. I would go with the Kampus.

Why is that, isn't the Slide also a 9 ply flat deck? The only difference I see is that it has the Kampus "V" bottom.

Dave, just to clarify.. The Slide's V shape goes all the way through the deck so that the top has some concave too, correct?

personallyI would go with the cassette....just because I like cassette. If I was gana go with a Kampus I would go with the swing, the unique desingh intrigues me.

Fluid, the Kampus is 43'' and that red Cassette is 40'', which is very short. They won't feel the same at all. The Kampus would probably give you more pop, but you can also check the flat Cassette 43'' (same price).

I'm not sure.

Woops..Paul is correct. I assumed they were both the same size. For a fair comparison, you will have to compare boards of the same size. And if the Slide does have some concave, then you care comparing apples to oranges. Lets see if someone can fill us in on the slide being flat or concave. I don't see anything saying it is concave, but el may be correct about the V bottom.

I have never found anything saying that the slide was a concave either...I have always assumed that it was a flat...with V bottom, even if it transferd to the top wouldn't make it a true concave....would it??

I AM RETARDED! I meant the swing, not the slide. Sorry about the confusion.

Ha!....that's ok. I do know about the swing. The v bottom does give the top some concave, but it isn't as dramatic as Cassette's concave. It is very subtle.
