to go out the next time i ride this coming season and start out of the water switch and ride the entire day as if i was a regular rider not goofy and try to push my switch tricks instead of typical forward progression in my mind.. wich is to immediately strive to the back big, and a kickflip... i want to have switch bs and fs 3shuvs flat dialed.... maybe try try some of those on days to mix it up..
sounds sorta ocd |

I do that every once in a while to help my switch stuff and to shake things up. It improves the switch stuff alot. _________________

i also love switch, last summer, i woudl ride just about every day so my right arm (im goofy) would get tried so one day i was like damn im tired ill just ride switch all day. So i rode switch the majority of the day and i loved it, it was like starting wakeskating all over agian and u felt all the progression, so now i between lines and sstuff ill cut over to the other side o the wake and do some lipslides and and ollies and 180s switch .I found that fs swithc 180s are quite easy inside out, i like doing a big hs inside out 180 then cutting right over the my swithc heel side inside out and doing a swithc one to match then maybe a ts shuv then a 180 then a swtich shuv and then getting onto the lip maybe a swithc shuv off then going back to the other lip. jsut try doing that kinda stuff trick linkage makes riding so mcuh fun even if its small tricks. pumping out trick after trick gets ytour adrenline rushing. |

| i noticed it was a little easier doing fs and bs shuvs on a skate deck than i though it would be.. first try was spastic but then i started landing square on teh board.... i know floorboarding is a far cry from being behind a boat/ski but it's a start i guess... |

Not to be the anti-christ here, but I can't do anything switch
I've tried and when I do, it's like doing a trick toeside. It is new and different, but it always feels small and weak. I got to get at least a few tricks switch. Alexxx has some mad switch skills. Warlock I think you should try riding switch from the gate. See how it goes.
Me personally, I would rather progress my strong side(goofy), then develop my switch. I would rather land a double flip than a switch kick. I just like the feeling of cutting and landing on my heelside. I like how you get to see the board out in front of you when you hit stuff heelside. I just know that I go bigger goofy. I just love taking tricks bigger and badder, and it seems switch I'm starting all over and it will never be as big. Go huge or die!
All do respect for you switch riders though b/c that shiat is dificil. _________________ dbanana wrote:
