i always thought that would happen, i dont see why you couldnt make it wide and force it to have a wake with the shape of the ground and how you force the water out. that would be real sweet

i found this a while ago. i wanted to build one int the back yard. when i was PIPE DREAMING one day.
maybe a couple of old jetskis, or jetboats with a modified nozzle? for your pumps.
Maybe chain your jetski to the ground in a small pond and try it that way. I dunno just rambling on.......... drinking a few stouts.
if you made a circle (like a lazy river) the water would just pump around, wouldnt it? make it big enough to let the water calm dowm and return to the pump. you need lots of water though.

Anyone else ever dreamed of taking a jetski with a shortish rope and wakeskating thru the JUNGLE CRUISE @ Disney? Exhibition anyone? Ollie-ing Elephants & shuving over hippos & k-flipping deadly piranhas....way cool.
