Damn that really sucks, R.i.P. Danel. Sad

Parky But i think this is the first time i heard anything about wakeskating death but whats the diffrence because on wakeboarder.com a guy posted about one guys death wakeboarding i think he was doing like a tantrum to blind and something happended that he hit his head really hard and died.

So I dont think sticking with wakeboarding would help only probally make things worse.

Unfortunatly, tragic things like this happen. Mark Kenney past away a couple a years ago (when he rode without a vest.) It really is a tragedy when people with the same passion for wakeboard/wakeskate as all of us passes away, way to early... Ride some butter guys, wherever you are... Neutral

Parky, Rob is relating back to another person that died in the sport a little while ago, that person died because of not wearin a vest.

dont start arguments about death and how they died just remeber them for what the stood for and the type of person they are. How they died should be irrelivent.

a blood clot can form from any broken bone. It just so happens he was wakeskating.

http://www.muhealth.org/~momscis/docisin/docbrbon.htm

"There are other complications associated with fractures. Not the least of these is autonomic dysreflexia, a life-threatening condition. Other complications include blood clots in the leg, increased spasms, sweating, swelling, and reduced mobility."
