Omen?

I placed an order with them on the 16th right after I got to see the boards(if those where the 07s they are unreal!) at Surf Expo, understanding that the guys from omen would not return to their home town until the 21st, and ship it out the 25th. They are great boards and I'm patient, but I haven't gotten a conformation email yet and was just wondering if they are still shipping board at this time? I guess I'm just really excited to get my board...no worries.

nopulseimpulse, Your board will get shipped out to you tomorrow. The day after I got home from expo a close friend of mine passed away on his way home from riding on the river. Most all of my time is being spent with his family right now.

Your deck is boxed up and ready to go, my brain is pretty frazzled from all of this and I have just totally spaced it.

My apologies, I'll upgrade your shipping for free.

If any of you have questions just email me, there's no point in wasting Dave's bandwidth on the site.

joao, You ordered your board yesterday, Fed-ex picks up here Wed and Fri... You will be emailed tomorrow with a tracking number.

i ordered my omen about a month ago and sill havent received my tracking number...i have sent 4 e-mails and had no reply...that makes me question their customer service and how much they value their customers...

please send me the tracking number as soon as possible!!

danielnmendes, Check your PM, You were sent an email regarding your order two weeks ago regarding this matter. Your order was flagged by paypal because of two orders that were made on a potentially stolen credit card were very similar to yours. The issue with your deck has been resolved and was release from Fed-Ex on friday for shipment.

All of this information was sent to the email address you used to register with paypal on Dec. 2nd.
