wakesk8 for a girl

Hi there, when you look for wakesk8 on official sites, you get the same info: every wakesk8 is the best for you... but which one to choose... I would be just wakesk8 begginer (can make switch), but I am a quickly learner, so dont say the type for begginers...

Tell me which one to choose and why...

ABARTH, I have a female friend who wakeskates and she loves the new Integ NT39.75, b/c it is smaller and sits deeper so she has more control of it, she also was rocking my Kampus swing 39 for a while too for the same reason

the only girl specific skate that i can think of is the melissa by liquid force. seems like a good ride and the maven team bumps it. however Lf is nortorious B.A.D for fallin apart. Distortion has the hettler model for jen no idea how that is. it also depends on how far you want to go and how often you do it. give some of the ROC's a look see...omen integ Oak Satt L13 etc.

ABARTH, Sattelyte is coming out with a 40.5 That is a really Good board, It is all Wood, with a PBT bottom sheet, The Graphic is Killer and there reasonably Priced for how bullet proof they are. My opinion is Biased of Course because i"m a team rider but I thinkyou'de be hard pressed to Find someone that has seen the New boards that could Say Otherwise......

The Oak, Sattelyte, L13, and Liberation all have a good board that is on the smaller side for the girls out there.

Thanks a lot... I will check characteristics of everyone you wrote about, see which one you can buy around Croatia and ask for more details or the things I dont understand...

Materials: I saw some of them looks plastic or they are plastic... and some of them are wooden, which one are better and bcs of what?

ABARTH, Composite skates (plastic) tend to last a bit longer because they don't absorb water, but some people just prefer the feel of wood. Neither is better, it's all preference.

ABARTH, seeing that you live in Croatia, I would look into some of the European companies that are popping up lately. New Schnitzle, Akonite are the only ones I can think of right now but Im sure there is one or two more.

ABARTH, www.levelthirtn.com --- i ride the popstar, its shorter, aparently it sits deep, im not a good judge of that, but ya like PIRATE said, being a team rider gives us a biased opinion, and we have to try and push the brands in some cases. and in this case im saying you should have a look at this board. but also try to look at as many as possible so yuo can make the best decision.

ABARTH, Hi! Always nice to see a girl on here! Since you live in Croatia, I would just go with whatever I can find, basically. Well, not just ANY board... Tell us what boards you can get hold on over there and I bet people here will help you from there...

I myself prefer a bigger board, but I'm also 5'11" (177cm) tall. I guess it depends on your weight too. But I guess, as someone already mentioned, it's mostly a question of preference. There are some boards out there that have a bad shape or crappy quality, so ask again when you've found a board that you're thinking of buying.

If you're thinikng about importing from the us you should bear in mind the customs. A friend here in Sweden had to pay about $100 extra for his skate to clear customs.
