what do you call this trick? i know 360 fs shuv fs bv is frontside bigspin but never heard a trick name for this.

small spin? he is spinning the same way as the board so its a fs 180

but if he ment front side 180 and bs shuv or vise versa
that would be a Small Spin

lake tarpon, isnt a che blank a 360 front side 180
with a 360 bs Shuv?

no for a fact, a small spin in Skate boarding term is
a fs 180 with a bs shuv.

ok let me clear this out..im in a goofy stance then i do a 180 frontside shuv and as i jump, i do a frontside 180 bodyvarial and when i land on the board i am in a regular stance. i thought a frontside 180 is when you do a fs 180 switch without jumping or leaving your board.

yabu, if the board and yourself both do a frontside 180 over the water, then when you land all you have accomplished is a frontside 180. it may be the weirdest looking FS 180 ever, but in essence thats still all that it is.

But a small spin?

I have been skateboarding for i don't even know how long, and never have i heard of anything called a "small spin"

A bigspin was named without having a lesser variation on of the trick (ie kickflip > double kickflip; shuv > 360 shuv)

Not to bash or anything, really you can call it whatever you want, but you might sound retarded. I must admit i giggled when i first read somebody claiming a "small spin"

I never really cared for any tricks with bv's. They look pretty dumb imo. Rolling Eyes
