Not really sure if this is consitered grip burn.. its more like grip skin graphing. I graphed some skin onto my wakeskate on saturday.. Laughing

Yeah, I took a pretty thick layer off of my knee a while back. When I got back in the boat, someone asked "what's that on your skate?". It was actually the chunk of skin that had been neatly removed in one piece. Ewwwww.

That's sick. I was getting grip burn at the beginning of the season, first time riding grip. After two on my knees which were really painful, I couldn't bend my knees without them hurting because it always stretched the skin. I soon learned how to fall so I wouldn't get them anymore. Since I've had one little one on my ankle, and I had the board hit me in the face too, a little gash, nothing severe.

Yeah i had one on the side of my knee that like shredded the meat.. it was all white at first and the second i got out of the water it stung like a mothaaaa... i have like 6 on my left leg and none on the right..

I was trying a simple shuvit and the board flipped up and completely shredded my shins. No hair, looked liked effin bacon.

my old 04 byerly with razor edges hit me in the shin and cut a big piece of skin off. not exaclty grip burn (b/c it wasnt grip) but it still sucked. Smash

I did that to my ankle in june and I still have a scab on it. It refuses to heal.

Ctipping, DUDE i know exactly what you mean. I have the same exact thing and there is just this one part of the scab that refuses to stop bleeding... Stupid prick ankle... Evil or Very Mad

i have a scar on my elbow from a nasty grip burn i got during spring break two years ago

i have a chipped front tooth from taking a three shuv to the face

i have a scar on my foot from where the grip tape tore through the shoe and into my foot

my left arm still has bruising from when my bicep got raped more than three months ago
