so we got the ledge done on the pool, filled it up, and then Ben Caruso and Davis came out with Ben's winch and we pulled it from across the pond. it worked! about a 6 foot drop, so not too much could get done on the wakeskates, kyle backlipped it and i frontboarded it, looks real good and it's 30 feet long so the slide was definitely long and legit. fun stuff! kyle almost shuved on but his foot just slid off and he ended up eatin it pretty hard, but i think he'll be back up to stick it soon. Him and Ben both were tryin and gettin pretty close to backboard 270 shuv out, and Chase Connor was there tryin frontlip shuvs. it's a whole different story catching shuvs off of rails when you're falling 6 feet to the water below. the wakeboarders did some sick stuff, so i threw some shots of Adam Errington in there, he was pressing it and 270'ing on from his toes, which is pretty hard... anyway check the pics...

kyle hyams backside boardslide

no we sledge hammered 2x4 stakes into the ground and then screwed plywood into the side of them and then in between all of them we would put 2x4s like into the ground slanted sideways ya know, so it looks like this: /l feel me?

Ride_2_Relax, hell yeah it was a lot of work... way too much for wakeskating we kept saying haha, but we wanted it to be long term so we decided to not just use hay bails, ya know? i mean it really just took long because we all have school and work and we always like had to go find wood, because we didn't want to just buy the wood.
TTUFAN24, clever, i figured i'd put more in then just the one shot of wakeskating that we had of kyle. wakeboarding is legit at times, the stuff adam was doing was definitely sick. i put the shots in more just to show you some more angles of the rail.
che blanc, ummmm.... yes? call me.

GOT THE DECLINE RAIL DONE TODAY!!!! upcoming weekend will be ON.

TTUFAN24, oh dude i'm not trying to be hostile at all haha sorry if it came across that way. i'm totally anti-internet killing, especially when there are bindings involved.

kyle, yeah he rides for them, i think at that point he wasn't yet totally adjusted to the Ronix, or maybe he just didn't want to slide it hard core yet. rails like that tend to destroy boards. I believe he is riding a Ronix full time now.

sweet pics. that adam errington is one of my favorite wakeboarders these days...so much style for a young pup. he really caught my attention when he was (I think) the only junior to 270 transfer that pro tour fun box in MN.

yeah, maybe he's not riding a new board becuase they don't have the final runs yet, and the prototypes tend to be less durable than the final versions.

we will be hitting the new down rail that we put on the other side on friday and the rest of the weekend, along with the current ledge. cant wait! the down rail should allow for some more tech stuff to get done, cuz it's not so big of a drop.
