|
|
Does anyone know where I might be able to find wakeskate shoes in smaller sizes?
The smallest size I've seen advertised is a Mens 5. I wear a Mens 3 or 4 depending on how the shoe fits (I'm a Womens size 6). The good news is that my skate shoes are working just fine. The bad news is...they no longer make those shoes and they have holes on the sides that drain really good too.
Thanks for the heads up if you know of anything. |

ozwest, Maybe the Adio Quest? I'm not sure really, but most skate shoes work fine, for better drainage cut out the foam in the tongue and other bulky areas. I have been wanting to try out some Chuck Taylors on the water... _________________ - Evan Molina |

Just checked out the Adio Quest shoes and found them in a size 5 (which is amazing in itself that they'd make it that small but still too big for me ). Guess I'll just stick with the skate shoes and start looking for a replacement pair before I wear out my only pair that fits. Good idea on cutting out the foam in the tongue and other bulky areas. I sew so that should be easy to customize. Thank you for your help. |

ozwest, My sister skates in this pair (only down to mens size 5 too, sorry):

Ive seen the womens dresdens in grey and black mesh before at a shop in sacramento. The dresden is a good paid of shoes, but to get them to last a long time you have to rinse them after each set and let them dry in your bathroom. Whenever i dry my shoes outside they get hard and fall apart pretty fast.
Maybe you should email dvs or adio to see if they make your size, or to at least tell them about not being able to find your size. _________________ integrity-wake.com | chriscut.com

if you have to go below a 5, check boys skate shoes. technically speaking, men's shoes don't go below a 6. but there and there you might find something. _________________ *The opinions expressed are on my behalf and not those of wakeskating.com* |

theese arent wakeskate or even skate shoes relle, but theyre super super lightweight, theyre mesh on most of the shoe, theirs drainholes in the heel, theres no bunchy foam anywhere on them, they make them in a womans 6, and theyre really comfy.
i just linked to the green and white ones, but they have tons of colors for them, but stick with the ultimate 81 because im pretty sure those are the only mesh ones.
hope you like em _________________ chuck norris can make a woman climax just by pointing his finger and saying "BOOYAHH"

Chris: I just emailed Adio & DVS about smaller sizes.
Electricsnow: Good thinking on the kids sizing. I was sure to ask Adio & DVS about that too.
tahoeskater: Looks like those shoes you posted would drain really good. Still hoping to one day find some wakeskating specific shoes in my size. If I don't...I might have to try these out as they look lighter than my skate shoes.
Thank you to everyone who has posted so far. |
