jono, wow sounds awesome. I'm excited to meet some really good wakeskaters. I wonder if I can even compete with you guys. I'm kind of stuck in the middle of the ranks. Apparently Am really sucks, and Pro is quite good, so we'll see. Do you know the whole schedule. I've never wakeskated behind a wakesetter so I'd like to see what it's like. Any info would be appreciated.

ridehatzic, balzer kills it w2w i havent seen him to shuv type tricks but im sure hes good at those too. Rathy kills everything in his path. Would be sick to see those 2 go head to head.

haha yeah, in provencials balzer stuck a w2w bs 360 and ts shuv indy w2w bs 180 and a bunch of toher w2w stuff.

So is it like all w2w because all I have planned is like shuvs, lip variations, 3 shuvs, bigspins and w2w 180.

w2w is only part of the stuff... you need lip variations and Ivan at performance said james has all that stuff... i am stoked for this, i dotn really care how i do i jsut wanna ride for the experience and have fun meet some people... what day is the movie premier?

HatzicScape112, yeah but the judges like w2w, trust me. I did a 3 shuv and the judges put a w2w noes grab beating it? wtf. But yeah have a big mix of stuff.

I don't understand. It's wakeskating, not wakeboarding. I guess this is why comps are kinda iffy.

Thats right...its wakeskating, not wakeboarding....oh yeah and it's also not skateboarding. Confused

...go out and have fun at Albert Dyck....I was there last year and it was a blast. There is a huge gap bewteen open and pro at this comp. And trust me....Balzer has all the shuv variations dialed but he has also really stepped up his w2w this year.

One thing that I think will really get me is that I've never ridden behind a wakesetter so I have no idea what to expect, that's why I'm hoping theres a warmp up run or couple of runs or even a day to just chill.
