thomas horrell use to wakeboard???

hey,
I was on ebay and i found a wakeboard that said it was the thomas horrell pro model. I didn't think it was true but the person had a pic Very Happy

Tell me what you think do you think it is photoshopped or was he really a pro wakeboarder

It's his circut deck with full tilt and it's totally legit. I have an unridden turntable deck from that same series. Scandalous!!!

he did. A lesson for everyone lies in the movie decline of the waterski monopoly. It has everything from circus to gap drop of things like in sfumato and even some really good wakeskating.

WWSA, it was actually just a straight raley, not a hooch. I still have that pic lying around somewhere. Pretty sure Kovak taught him that move. Twisted Evil

Thomas used to ride for Fulltilt and then for Mutiny. And if I recall correctly, he rode for Jobe before Fulltilt.

It was actually KD--he was riding the kd55 at the first wakeboarding magazine team challenge in 1995. It's weird, he was wearing baggy jean shorts was doing some sort of method front (or some variation) and my mom walks up to me and says, "Hey, that's steezylicious."

Actually, that's not true....the part about my mom, I mean. The rest is found in wakeboard folklore from years gone bye....definitely tall tale material for camp fires and hot coco...

Oh yeah, kovak claims he taught thomas how to do a raley. Isn't that sweet?? (all sarcastic like...like...like...)

Like most of us thomas rode what ever he got , i.e. kickdowns
He started riding neptune
He then signed with fulltilt ( origin/liberation)
He then signed with Mutiny
He did ride a lf evo but was not competeing then he was working on getting
cassette off the ground with lf's distrubtion(sp?)

Thats about it the rest is hiztory.

I don't think I've ever seen thomas on a neptune, nor have I ever heard about him being on the team. He was definitely on KD for awhile, that I am sure of...and he was one of liquid's team members and rode a wakeboard on occasion...I'm pretty sure he was a main team member until the split last season.
