RC, they come with grip and you have to apply it yourself.
Clear grip is nice but imo it doesnt last half as long as the good black grip. My clear grip lasted a ~16 sets before my back foot started to slip off the board when I was landing tricks (not good )

None of the colored grip is all that good, it has more plastic in it to make it whatever color.

RC make stencils and spray paint them on to the griptape. Thats what i did and they still look brand new.

integrity640 is right. If you want top logos, make stencils. You will be dissapointed with clear grip.

Well if you want to do a logo, find a pic on the computer and print it out. If you want to do your own design just draw it on paper or in photoshop or something. If it has things you can't cut out, make narrow "bridges" i guess you could say. (ex: the letter P, the blank space in the P would not be able to stay, so make small bridges) Then you can use just the paper if you don't cake on the paint, but some people feel the need to use cardboard, etc..
If you are doing it on a flat smooth surface (not griptape) i just cover it in masking tape and cut out my design and peel it off. like so...

| The only problem with that slapdown, is that you cannot reuse the stencil if you want to later. I'd recommend using a thin piece of cardboard and an exacto knife.

Jimmy T, You're talking about using regular paper, yes? I have re-used stencils made with regular paper and it worked out pretty well. Cardboard is more difficult to cut small details into, and details are usually very important at least to me
Well, both are options!
2-keys, Thanks

| It is just my opinion though. If I put lots of effort into a stencil, i'd like to be able to reuse it again. Ive got details into thing cardboard, like the stuff gift boxes are made out of. It works nicely with an exacto knife.
