go out to ride then it just dies out of no where. it varies on when it dies bc i can ride for 30 mins then it shuts off and turns back on then shut offs and then it just wont even read the key. its a seadoo GTX 2002. sometimes i can go the whole day without it messing up. any help on what u guys think it could be or to check would be nice, thanks _________________ "Cause I have found, all that shimmers in this world is sure to fade....." |

| dietwater5, theyre the metal parts where the wires meet the battery. They can get corroded, or loose, giving you a bad connection |

| battery terminals, maybe a bad main computer?...can you view anything on your control center when you hit a button? or it all together stays off? |

| i know on older seadoos the key can get coroded and not read right. Try and clean any corrosion off the key. |

ya we have 2 keys bc thats what my friend thought it was but i guess it isnt bc we tried both keys. when i put the key in sometimes after its died the computer turns on normal and goes then dies. then after a while it just stops beeping or whateber when u put the key in and the computer doesnt turn on. i asked the people at a shop and he said it could be a computer......and 2 weeks of work they are backed up on!! so i dont want to take it i i dont have to bc i only have like 3 more weeks. thank you guys though ill try it out and let you know how it goes. peace _________________ "Cause I have found, all that shimmers in this world is sure to fade....." |

| Mine did the same thing after about a year of having it. You have to bring it in to get fixed. Its a bad sensor and its going to cost around $200.00 to fix, sorry! |
