erikn where did u get the laser cut steelhubs,
i have a mini bike htat i build in metal shop last year and im playing on putting an extension out the back with a winch type of deal so tht you can use the bike and the winch it will be sick

jono, got a friend that works as a fabricator. they can do all sorts of cool metalworks... all i had to do was e-mail him a cad-drawing.

Rob, yepp, and if you don't use a brake there is a small risk that you drive the winch to long and snap the handle.... not good. So the best thing is to make it brake automatic = one thing less to keep in mind. BTW, I have made some improvments of our winch so that it will be one man operational... it was a whole lot of sketching and thinking before i got it figured out. But i think it will work all right.

Erikn! You have to tell a Swedish friend HOW you managed to make it one man operational! I have been wondering about how to do it for a looong time now! How did you do it?
