im still trying to figure out what was wrong with wakeskating in the first place?
what is there to change? maby im cracked out, but i always figured people bought what ever wakeskate they thought looked nice and rode well, rode it till it died, then bought a new one, if it rode bad they dont buy from that company any more?

if u where dedicated enough u go far, if u werent u dropped out, the sport is Bigger then u guys can imagen and it will not die.

i agree with vance, and Schmaltz, to.

This like most posts has turned into a mess. But has become more enjoyable to read than most posts. I remember the day when i used to start shizzle. I just wanted to read what people had to say...It was entertaining...more entertaining than "how do i deep water start" or "has anyone seen astrisk 2?". I mean come on guys...its just a forum...to provoke thoughts. If anything you shouldn't hate on ryan, cause all he did was proke your minds and give you an outlet to speak yours. And sure my opinion of ryan may be skewed cause i know him and don't want to punch him, untill he leaves my kitchen a mess. Smash

But that is besides the point...and for you people who think im "star struck or something" well whatever think what you want. (sorry had to put a deffense in there somewhere).

In deffense of ryan I think he is just pissed off that alot of people are not getting the credit they deserve. But it brings great joy to see people support schmaltz and thomas and the other various people....(but obviously not supporting rev con lol).

And i think integrity and cassette are so amazing because the fact that they have a style...they put together an image so grand...cassette is so badass with what he has put together in his theme and the music and sarcastic "flavor" he has in his videos. And schmaltz won my heart with mutiny and that whole style that went 100% agianst the grain of wakeboarding. His ads where priceless...(i loved the middle finger raley ad)...anyways this whole wakeskate thing is very subjective...and give it time and energy and i hope it ends up where it belongs.

I saw something about headhunter saying something about atleast hyperlite exposed the sport??? I dunno maybe i was wrong?? But if im not wrong, dude why would you want hyperlite exposing the sport to people...sure its getting people to ride but...i dunno it just seems odd. Maybe im too superficial...but image has a lot of pull to people, and i don't see hyperlite possessing a positive image (im comparing images of skating and bmx companies).

I dunno im not trying to start beef with you headhunter.... cause i hate how these forums don't show tone of voice and such.

in short: I think we could all agree we would like to see schmaltz and thomas supporting their own life off of what they love. And best of luck to everyone else who is trying to push ideas (in wakeskating)

I think alot of people misunderstood what soy was saying!I had to read his post twice and actually agree with what he was trying to say.I think alot people here don't relate or can't relate which is no big deal.Someones opinion of something is someone's opinion and thats it.As usuall people reply with "untrue facts", and turn the post into something it was never meant to be. IMO....................

revcon first off, yes i do belive i got way to personal, but my deal is that soy 2years ago ryan was singing a different song, and brandon i def respect u, just cause of the way have been, but i see ryan do things different alot. i like people that stand up for them selves but whne some1 freaks about GD doing the same trick as them i think they dont get it!
about the hyp post, i dont like hyp but they spend the money to get people in the sport and get people to notice companies like integ so thats why i dont care if they stay or go. so if a BIG company gets people to buyh from integ or oak or distortion, i think thats amazing and great for the sport

i haven't read this entire thread but i'm assuming retard reed is aaron reed? if so, kudos for an awesome post. on the other hand you have other people that babble post out from a cheese gradder and oh boy does that really shine off interest to others that look at the sport.

in a tiny nut shell, a few people need to really shut the fvck up, act their age and not the stroke-size of their imported ricer.
